Key Features

The Mercury 30 is ideal for domestic situations and professional studios working on a small scale. This price includes the programmable controller.
Kiln walls 63.5mm insulation brick plus 19mm backup insulation.
Stainless steel outer jacket.
The kiln floor has 65mm of super-efficient ultralite granular insulation normally found in industrial kilns.
Three support bricks are located in the base to enable a shelf/batt to be placed above the insulation.
Kiln lid 65mm insulation brick.
Kanthal A1 elements.
Fitted with 76mm castors for ease of movement.
Lid vent hole allows venting / cooling of the kiln during the firing process.
Side vent with chimney that can be ducted to atmosphere if required.
Captive interlock safety switch.
Dual contactors provide protection against over fires.
2 year warranty (elements excluded)

The CERA-10 controller is the latest technology in controllers, it incorporates new software giving improved efficiency and ease of programming along with up-to-date safety and diagnostic features.
The controller has 10 programs, each with 16 segments, offering enormous flexibility. Ideally suited to glass and pottery applications along with many other scientific, industrial & heat treatment applications.
