Graded heating elements are supported on ceramic tubes in the walls and floor for efficient use of electricity.
Constructed from low thermal mass insulation brick with high grade backup insulation boards.
Powder coated 2mm zintec steel frame with rust resistant stainless steel architrave above the door.
Brick to brick door seal, no messy fibre.
Standard left hand door hinges with cost option for right hand.
Door Spy Hole/vent and roof vent with damper.
Over-fire protection in conjunction with supplied controllers.
Designed for repeated high temperature firings to 1320°C (cone 11).
2 year warranty (elements excluded)

The CERA-10 controller is the latest technology in controllers, it incorporates new software giving improved efficiency and ease of programming along with up-to-date safety and diagnostic features.
The controller has 10 programs, each with 16 segments, offering enormous flexibility. Ideally suited to glass and pottery applications along with many other scientific, industrial & heat treatment applications.

Optional Furniture set includes:
Shelves = 5 x 380mm / 350mm + 1 bag of Kiln Wash
Props = 3 x 25mm, 9 x 50mm, 9 x 75mm, 6 x 100mm & 3 x 150mm.

Note: Kilns need at least 230 volts under load (when the contactor clicks on), ideally on a dedicated circuit matching your kilns Amp rating. Sharing the circuit with other devices may trip your breaker. We are always happy to advise you or your electrician
